ADS Release 1.6 Now Available

Latest release delivers film cooling support and productivity enhancements to the ADS CFD system

PLEASANTON, Calif. - November 24, 2009 - AeroDynamic Solutions, Inc. (ADS) today announced the availability of ADS 1.6, an update to its turbomachinery CFD solution suite.

ADS 1.6 includes bug fixes and several new capabilities, including:

  • Level 1 film cooling support
  • Basic 2D plotting and advanced case parallelization features in the ADS Workbench
  • Export capabilities to enable restart files to be viewed in ParaView
  • Utilities to enable advanced users to directly read and modify ADS restart files
